With one of our 4 line boring machines, we are able to repair any bore misaligned or obglon of any shapes and size. This work can be done in the field or in the shop.
Shaft Repairs & ID/OD repairs up to 36 inches
With our OD shaft repair machine, we are able to repair stub shafts where bearing journals have spun and destroyed shafts. We can repair a shaft up to 36 inch diameter.
Heavy Equipment Repair
In house or onsite, welding repairs of all types can be done to any heavy equipment, stationary or portable. For example crushing plants, steel shredders, mining equipment, wheeled equipment, crawlers, and any other types of equipment.
Portable Welding
Mobile welding repairs can be done by our team and any of our 4 service trucks onsite.
Aluminum Welding
Aluminum welding repairs can either be done by one of these techniques, TIF or MIG welding. The job will be assessed and repaired by the best technique.
Pipe Welding
Most of our pipe welding projects are done in cement plants. Repairing worn out flanges, and changing valves, repairing wear backs, and adding to pipe lines.
Mill Rite
MDS Welding supplies certified technicians to change out and repair all kinds of large mechanical set bearings on crushers, shredders, conveyors, and all types of mining plants.
CNC Machine Work
Using a computer CAD program, one of our two CNC machines can design and fabricate work by cutting steel to your specifications. Our trained employee can work with you to help customize your specific project.

Custom car racks can be designed and fabricated to work for your needs.
Handrails
Custom handrails can be built and installed to your specifications. Welding repairs can also be done onsite
Bridge Work
Bridge welding repairs that are needed can be assessed and repaired onsite by our team and service trucks.
Lathe Work
Lathe work can be performed in our shop with either of our two lathes making pin bushings in house.
Conveyor Fabrication
Custom design fabrication can be done in our shop. We can fabricate conveyors of all shapes and sizes from portable to stationary and can be installed onsite.
